These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and Starclusive Inc. ("Starclusive", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of Starclusive websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Accounts and roles

Starclusive may offer different experiences for members and creators ("performers"). Features, fees, and obligations may differ by role. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

Content and conduct

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the license you grant us as needed to operate the Services. You must not use the Services in violation of law, to harass others, or to distribute malware. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Paid features and virtual gifts

Certain features may require payment or use of virtual gifts or in-app credits such as Startips. Additional terms may apply; see our Startips terms and Refund Policy where linked at purchase.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited as described in the full agreement your counsel may prepare for production.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
